A student of Baron Baptiste and Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, David completed Level I Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 and Level II in 2011. He is working towards Baptiste certification. Yoga permeates his life, and he continues his studies of yoga through classes and workshops. He is also a Reiki practitioner, having completed First Degree certification in 2009 and Second Degree in 2011. He is a student and teacher of Gatka, or Shakti Yoga (Sikh martial arts), having completed an intensive teacher training certification (first degree) in 2010 with Mata Mandir Singh Khalsa. He was inspired by the grace and beauty of yoga and is witness to its subtle transformative power. He wishes to share this with others while deepening his own practice through teaching and making yoga accessible to all. He is a retired naval officer with 21 years of distinguished military service. He is married to a lovely yogini and the proud father of two beautiful yogi boys.
