Kundalini Yoga
Kyla graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Sports Medicine. She was a collegiate level cross-country runner, and has always had an interest in physical well-being. However, it wasn't until she started practicing Kundalini Yoga that she discovered true wellness begins on the inside.
In a very short period of time Kundalini Yoga has carried Kyla through a process of healing and growth that changed her life in a miraculous way. The overall peace and serenity she acquired, as well as a new found outlook upon life, are gifts she has received from this practice.
Kyla believes the only way to keep and nurture these gifts is to pass them on to others. She will be completing the 220 hour KRI Level One Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan offered at Tenth Gate this year. Her hope is to never lose touch with her beginner's heart.
